Buy Gold: Global unrest has only started

Gold Investment - 31 October 2011

Another good reason to buy gold, physical gold that is, is because unrest in the form of riots and protests has broken out around the globe this year, and we haven’t seen the worse yet. Inflation and unrest are expected to escalate even more in 2012, as central bankers and their allies, political and otherwise, continue to rob an increasing number of people of their livelihoods, turning them into slaves, leaving them with little hope for the future

Most protestors have taken to the streets this year as a result of substantial price increases, especially astronomical food and fuel price increases, blaming their respective governments for the state of affairs. The truth be told, while they had every reason to blame their respective governments for the state of affairs, the bulk of the blame must be placed on the Federal Reserve (the Fed) and the U.S. Government since they have exported U.S. inflation to other parts of the world. It is after all no secret that the Federal Reserve Note, erroneously and commonly referred to as “the Dollar,” has been the world reserve currency for a very long time and that most fuel and food prices are Dollar-based. Thus, when the Fed run the printing presses and create mountains and mountains of additional Federal Reserve Notes, using more or less “…9.7 tons of ink per day” (Dollar Printing Uses 9.7 Tons Of Ink Per Day, And Other Fast Facts About The US Dollar, Zero Hedge, Tyler Durden, 13 October 2011), they steal purchasing power from everyone in the world. The reason for this, is because as the Dollar loses more and more of its value, Dollar-based prices increase to make up for the loss in purchasing power.

The cherry on the cake is that the Fed and their allies then have the audacity to actively participate in the toppling of the governments of the respective countries (Egypt, Libya, et cetera), starting more unnecessary and illegal wars, because they for one need wars in order to justify creating/printing more and more fiat money in the form of Federal Reserve Notes (and even electronic money). This is in order to kick the proverbial can a little bit further down the road, because the collapse of the Dollar is a mathematical certainty.
