Gold Investment: Return to honest money

Gold Investment - 31 October 2011

Although still a drop in the ocean, more and more people are calling for a return to honest money. One of the best ways, legally and otherwise, to help push towards a monetary system based on honest money, is to acquire physical gold at current price levels, especially in the form of gold coins such as Krugerrands.

The more one gets off the road paved by the mainstream media, the more one realizes that the world we’re living in is in a much bigger mess than they want us to believe; politically, economically and otherwise. Make no mistake about it; there is no easy way out. There are little we as individuals can do to rectify the situation over the short or medium term, especially while they have us divided and hurdled like sheep in a wolf’s den. In addition, if we’re brutally honest with ourselves, Superman is not going to save us. It will have to be a collective effort blessed by the True and Living God. If you are offended by our mention of God, then please bugger off. If not, please continue to read to see what you as an individual can do in this battle for honest money, money consisting of gold and silver, money earmarked by honest weights and measures.

Yes, there are indeed little we as individuals can do to rectify the situation over the short or medium term, to drag ourselves out of this mess, but we are not completely impotent or powerless as they will have us believe. In fact, there is more than one thing we can do to make a positive difference, but we will focus on one aspect here: The return to honest money. One of the best ways to return to honest money (as already mentioned above), while they have us pretty much divided, is to acquire physical gold and store it independently from the system. Needless to say, if you cannot afford to acquire or buy physical gold, then you must consider buying or acquiring gold’s cousin, namely silver, physical silver that is, because like paper gold, paper silver should be avoided like the plague itself.
