• End of shareholder dispute – It seems that the nasty shareholder dispute has also come to an end (or so we hope). Hopefully this means more time and energy will be spent on the day-to-day running of Simmers which has contributed to Simmers poor performance in the previous financial year.  

In other words, despite all that have happened, it seems that Simmers still has a lot going for it.
